All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice and are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST
There is no minimum order and mixed cases are welcome. Freight is an additional $10 per case or part case, except Blenheim, Picton and Havelock, which is only $5,
Orders are processed at the end of each day (Monday to Friday). You should receive your order within 7 working days through our designated courier service.
All orders will be confirmed by email before dispatch. Customers with unfulfilled orders (due to stock shortages or other reasons) will be contacted by a Forrest wine sales representative.
We do not deliver orders outside of New Zealand. International customers please email info@forrest.co.nz and we will assist you, or check out the distributors page to find a local distributor.
If your order has not been dispatched at the time of cancellation, your credit card will not be processed.
By using this online orders facility you assert that you are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal in New Zealand for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Forrest Wines. We are committed to delivering your product in perfect condition.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by calling us directly 03 572 9084 or sending us an email at info@forrest.co.nz with the details of the problem.
We will replace or offer instore credit for any bottle of wine that is damaged or deemed technically flawed, but cannot replace bottles on dislike of taste.
Depending upon the item you purchased and the reason for your return request, we may require that you ship the item(s) back to us. Unless the item is damaged or defective, or if we made an error in fulfilment of your order, all returns must be shipped back to us postage paid.
We try to provide as much information as possible to help customers make a selection they will enjoy, we cannot guarantee you will like the taste of every bottle of wine you select.

Dr John Forrest
Founder
Dr John William Forrest was born (1955) and bred in Marlborough, New Zealand. A PhD in Neurophysiology decided to become a wine grower and returned to Marlborough in 1988 to establish Forrest Wines alongside his wife Brigid. Lower alcohol and screw cap pioneer, he is known for pushing the boundaries in New Zealand wine.

Alongside the day-to-day involvement in the vineyard, winery and administration, Brigid has served 30 years as a medical doctor working in General Practice, specialising in pregnancy care, birth and families, and then as a community geriatrician managing the physical and mental health of older people and then Hospice, ensuring that people can live life fully to the very end.

Masters in Oenology from Adelaide University, Beth brings with her a wealth of knowledge, vibrancy, youth and an infectious passion for winemaking, continuing the innovative, cutting edge and the sometimes mad scientist theories that have made Forrest what it is today.
