Tasting Notes
Cameron Douglas MS - 94 Points, Excellent
Based on Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec grapes the bouquet and palate of this expression offers complexity, integration, a snapshot of a rather good vintage and bottle-age worth waiting for. Flavours of fresh and dried berry fruits, firm tannins and medium+ acidity there’s black berry and plum, some bottler chocolate and clove spice. Still integrating through near its plateau this is a delicious wine to be enjoyed alongside cheeses and meaty stews, pastas dishes that include olive.
