Jenn, ours was a bit fishy I think b/c it had started to thaw some on the drive home from NC and I put it in the fezerer again. Otherwise, swordfish is a really thick, white fish perfect for grilling. I think it’s actually a bit over-fished b/c the food industry likes to serve it – so it must not be that fishy for the general public to gobble it up! :)Thanks Sweetie Pie! I love the corn too.
