We’ve planted it in our hottest site, the Southern Valleys vineyard, with ancient complex soils with a touch of clay. Terroir, we already know, is fantastic for giving wines incredible aromatic intensity and textural complexity.

The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the morning, cold settled and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks before blending and finishing for bottling in spring.
